Sponsor — Town Hall Show

Sponsor the Show

Sponsorship that becomes part of the show

We offer a limited number of sponsor opportunities tied to our live performances, filmed releases, and follow-on content. Selected partners appear around the event, inside the game itself, and in the media that lives on afterward.

How Sponsorship Works

From the room to the archive

Live Show

A real audience, a real room, a real performance.

In-Game Moment

Selected partners woven into the third-round game mechanic itself.

Individual Clips

Sponsor moments clipped and distributed after the show.

Smash-Cut Highlights

A full-performance highlight cut keeps the sponsor in the edit.

Continuing Questions

Some sponsors extend their presence beyond the live event entirely.

What Makes It Different

Not a logo. Not a pre-roll.

A real room, a real crowd

Live attendees who bought tickets and chose to be there; not an algorithmic reach, not a passive impression. Your brand is present in a room that's paying attention.

Written into the show, not stapled on

The Playable Local Partner slot works your name into the show's third-round as integral part of the show. It is not a mere mention and thank you plug, it's a rule the players must incorporate! This creates a more lasting and positive impression.

One performance, multiple windows

Clips, highlight cuts, and the Speak Up feature carry sponsor presence beyond the live date. One show, many moments; including repeat usage across downstream distribution.

We keep this inventory intentionally limited so the audience experience stays strong and sponsor moments stay memorable.

Sponsorship in Action

Example sponsor-integrated video coming soon

This area will hold a short smash-cut video showing how sponsor mentions land inside the format and carry into edited content.

Audience & Context

Who's in the room

200–250 live attendees per show this season
400–500 target capacity next season

Our audience skews toward people who show up for things: live shows, local culture, civic life.

  • Comedy fans
  • Performing arts audiences
  • Arts & culture supporters
  • Community-aware local-market adults

The room shows up, and the clips follow them home. The market reach both compounds and expands for local and regional partners.

Sponsorship Options

Four ways to be part of it

We keep sponsor inventory limited. These are the current categories.

Run Partner

Anchor sponsor across a multi-show run

Strongest continuity and category exclusivity. Ideal for brands that want a sustained presence across a full run of shows. This includes inclusion as a Playable Local Partner.

Playable Local Partner

Integrated into the game mechanics of the show itself!

The most format-native and limited slot. Your brand becomes part of the show, not a break from it. There are only two of these available per show.

Community Supporter

Visible local support around the event

Present around the event and in released content. Not built into the on-stage game, but clearly part of the show.

Speak Up Partner

Recurring presence beyond the live event

Sponsor the Speak Up feature, where past performers respond to audience prompts outside the show.

Sponsor Fit

Who fits this program

Local businesses
Arts and culture supporters
Hospitality, food & beverage
Service brands with strong local or regional presence
Media services: broadcasters, providers, services, equipment
CPGs with demo alignment

We keep the sponsor mix limited and look for strong category fit.

FAQ

Frequent Answers

How many sponsor slots are available?

We keep inventory deliberately limited: typically one Run Partner, one or two Playable Local Partner slots, and a small number of Community Supporter and Speak Up Partner positions per run. Reach out to ask about current availability.

Can a sponsor be integrated into the show itself?

Yes. The Playable Local Partner slot is built specifically for in-game integration. Your brand becomes an integral part of the show's third-round; not a mere mention, plug, or advertisement.

Do you offer multi-show partnerships?

Yes. The Run Partner tier is built for multi-show continuity with category exclusivity across a full run.

Are there opportunities outside the live event?

Yes. The Speak Up Partner tier sponsors our continuing questions feature, which extends beyond the live event. Any tier can also appear in post-show clip and highlight content.

What happens if media from a show is released later?

Sponsors present in a show's content continue to appear in any clips, highlights, or later-released episode cuts from that show. We'll discuss this in detail during the conversation.

Do you work with local and regional partners?

Absolutely. Local businesses and regional brands are a core part of what makes the program work.
